If your client has been served with a subpoena in Western Washington and would very much prefer not to comply or to limit the scope of the subpoena, JFL is available to file a motion to quash or a motion for a protective order.
On the other hand, if what you need is a local attorney to serve a trial, deposition, or document subpoena on a witness who resides in Washington, JFL can do that too. Whether the witness is in Seattle, Forks, Humptulips (yes, that’s a place here), or anywhere else in Western Washington, there’s a hotel conference room within 100 miles of them where you (or I, if you don’t want to make the trek) can take the deposition or where the witness can be commanded to produce documents.
In addition, Jacob Freeman is a licensed notary public in Washington State (commission no. 20111934), and is available to notarize client or witness affidavits and declarations and other documents in the greater Seattle area, as the need arises.
