I’m here to help you win in Seattle and the rest of western Washington.
Today, I live and work in Seattle, not far from where I grew up: I’m from here. But I received my legal education and training out east: Harvard Law School (where I was on the Law Review), followed by a federal appellate clerkship in Boston, then six years of practice as a litigator in New York. Now I want to bring that talent and experience to your case, to help you and your client achieve your goals.
I have experience handling cases large and small, in state and federal courts, for individuals as well as businesses of all sizes: including closely held family companies, marketing and communications firms, tech start-ups, and global financial institutions, among others. In addition to litigating in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels, I have also tried cases before arbitrators acting under the auspices of the AAA, JAMS, and FINRA.
At Sullivan & Cromwell’s New York office, I worked on huge securities fraud cases and government investigations for international financial institutions, and I managed discovery involving millions of documents and dozens of reviewers. At the New York firm Davis & Gilbert, I handled commercial litigation for leading marketing and communications firms, from resolving small contract disputes pre-litigation to litigating cases before the state and federal courts in New York. At the Seattle litigation boutique Savitt Bruce & Willey, I worked with and learned from some of Seattle’s most respected trial lawyers, representing companies and individuals in complex, high-stakes cases.
Let me bring that experience to your matter and help you win here. Call (206) 350-1066 or email email@example.com for a free consultation.
